Branding Options

Embossed Aluminium
Embossing

This branding process includes stamping the logo or wording onto flat aluminium material so that the branding appears raised. Costing is based on size & complexity of the artwork.

Embossing with Print over
Embossing with Print over

This branding process includes embossing a logo & then digitally printing on top of this raised logo or wording. The words or logo must be simple and bold.

Debossing
Debossing

This Branding Process includes debossing a logo or wortding onto flat aluminium material so that the branding appears sucken in. Costing is based on the size & complexity of the artwork.

Die-Cutting of various materials
Laser-cutting

We laser cut or laser engrave plastics (ABS, acrylic & perspex) as well as board including foamboard, xanita board & corex board.

Die-Cutting

We die-cut aluminium, composite materials (dibond & romark), wood & boards (xanita, MDF, or supawood) & foam & rubbers

Scratch Engraving
Engraving – Scratch

This branding process includes engraving of logos or wording onto flat aluminium or perspex material so that the branding appears carved into surface. Engraving is the best option of branding where quantities are very low and where artwork changes for every item ordered.

Laser Engraving
Engraving – Laser

This branding process includes engraving of logos or wording onto flat perspex, composite or wood materials so that the branding appears lightly marked onto the surface. Laser engraving is the best option of branding for these type of materials and where the information is changing frequently.

Engraving on metal with Colour Fill
Engraving – With 1 Colour Fill

We offer a one colour fill into the engraved lettering or symbols and this is limited to simple artwork.

Aluminium Digital Printing
Digital Printing

This branding process includes high resolution full colour printing & is costed based on a price per square metre. This form of printing can be done onto any metal, perspex, wood or acrylic material.

Pad Printing
Pad Printing

This branding process includes simple printing of the logo or wording onto flat aluminium or perspex material. Colours are printed separately (not full colour or intrgrated colours). In this procedure we allow up to two spot colours. If there are more colours required we then recomend digital printing.

Silk Screening on Aluminium
Silk Screening

This branding process includes simple printing of the logo or wording onto flat aluminium or perspex material. Colours are printed separately (not full colour or intrgrated colours). In this procedure we allow up to two spot colours. If there are more colours required we then recomend digital printing.

Vinyl & Dome Stickers
Vinyl & Dome Stickers

This branding process includes digital printing onto vinyl then cutting out the shape or design.  Should you require a more 3d look, then we recommend doming this sticker with clear resin so it appears raised.

Artwork Requirements:

We work on PC not Mac.
All text needs to be converted to paths.
Font size and type need to be supplied by you.
Images need to be embeded.
Logos need to be drawn in vector programs.

 

Artwork programmes that we need your artwork in are:
1. Freehand MX
2.Illustrator (AI Files CS6)
3.Open PDF (Hi Res Files)
4. Coral Draw (14)
5. EPS

 

Printing Artwork:
1. BOTH Pantone & CMYK codes must be supplied by the Client.
2. Hi Resolution Images are required (Lowest 600 DPI – Highest 1200 DPI).
3. Images need to be scaled to the actual size required.
4. If you are emailing images through please make sure that the size of the file is NO bigger than 5Megs (Otherwise the Artwork will need to be supplied to us on CD).
5. Files need to be in Deep Etched EPS Files (Printing with No White Background) or Open PDF.

We always require that you sign our Artwork Appoval Form in order for us to make a pre-production sample.

 

Typical Branding Sizes
Artwork is divided into the following standard sizes and pricing is based on one of these sizes that you
choose from:
Size 1: 0 – 50 mm
Size 2: 51 – 100mm
Size 3: 101 – 150 mm
Size 4: 151 – 200 mm
Size 5: 201 – 250 mm
